I treat individuals whose potential is hindered by negative concepts of themselves, often imprinted in childhood and who frequently suffer from symptoms like chronic depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Childhood trauma can include, but is not limited to, traumatic experiences, bullying, dysfunctional family dynamics, emotional neglect, attachment wounds, abandonment, grief, sudden or violent loss, being raised by a parent with mental illness, domestic violence, and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. I'm a holistic and integrative therapist specializing in EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral, and somatic therapy
Collaboratively, we will work to help you feel more attuned to your emotions, regulate your nervous system, develop new coping skills, and process painful memories to relieve symptoms, and help you feel more connected to yourself and others. My goal is for you to experience profound self-love and relational health.
