Are you experiencing anxiety and/or other symptoms from a trauma or change in life circumstance? Perhaps you’re a new Mom or are adding another kiddo to your family. I have spent the past 9 years counseling; I have also supervised other counselors in training and I teach / use both trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to help get to the heart of the issue and make lasting change, efficiently. I also recently have been trained in EMDR. I will listen without judgement and create a safe space where you can openly share and develop trust, and we will work collaboratively to set goals together.
I believe each person has different needs and methods that will work for them. As both a Certified Life Coach and Registered Psychotherapist, I will use different techniques and specific areas of my training to ensure that your unique needs are met. We will continuously collaborate to make sure we are on the track that you want to be on.
