If you are here, you might be thinking of making some changes in your life. Whether that means breaking out of problematic patterns, having better relationships, or living a more fulfilled life, I am here to walk with you through that journey. I specialize in supporting BIPOC adults experiencing anxiety and family issues. I also treat depression, grief/loss, intergenerational conflict, life transitions, and more. My special interests include working with folks struggling with imposter syndrome and perfectionism, as well as spiritual and cultural issues. I'm passionate about providing culturally-responsive and strengths-based care.
I offer ADHD testing and individual therapy. My approach to therapy is a combination of compassion and honesty. Together, we will create a safe space where all parts of you are welcome. I can help you create an individualized plan for the change you are hoping to experience, and walk with you along the way.
I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques to help facilitate change. If you are ready for a season of healing and growth, connect with me for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
