Welcome! I'm Nicole, a dedicated therapist passionate about empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges and embrace their true selves. I create a space for teenage, young adult, and adult clients, particularly women and gender non-conforming individuals, to explore their identities and heal from past traumas. Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help bring insight while implementing practical skills to improve daily life. I also utilize Health at Every Size (HAES), somatic practices, mindfulness, and attachment theory when working with clients. I strive for a balance of warmth and humor, as well as holding space for deeper, more painful emotions.
