I work from a holistic, person centered, trauma informed approach to care to meet clients where they are right now. I have experience working with clients of all ages, and difficulties including but not limited to stress management, codependency, boundary setting, relationship concerns, self-esteem/identity, emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, OCD, and eating disorders.
I strive to be genuine, compassionate, nonjudgemental, and empathic. I believe all people have value, and I desire to help all clients understand their true value and worth through a holistic treatment plan focusing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health as they are unique to each person.
