I am currently a Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health in Chelmsford and my practice is accepting new clients! My approaches as a therapist are similar to how I run this practice; I am passionate about helping people throughout the different phases of life.
I predominately work with adults starting at age 18 and I specialize in working with folks who are battling with addiction, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, trauma and anger management. I believe the client is the expert in their own life and I am simply a guide to assist in reaching your goals.
I use all different modalities of therapy, including but not limited to, ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. My main goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and accepting space for folks to come and create positive change in their lives.
