IN-PERSON STARTING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10TH AT 6PM! Learn the core skills of DBT alongside your peers and a licensed therapist over 12 weeks this Fall. Group members will learn how to practice Mindfulness, manage emotions, tolerate distress, and improve relationships. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is an evidence-based form of therapy that has been used in individual and group settings for years, successfully treating a wide range of ages and mental health issues.

DBT-Informed Wellness Group for Middle Schoolers
IN-PERSON biweekly Middle School group starting Tuesday, September 24th at 5pm! In a safe space, group members will learn the core skills of DBT alongside peers and a licensed therapist. Members will learn Mindfulness, emotion management, how to tolerate stress, and how to improve interactions with others. This group is on-going biweekly through the school year (unless otherwise communicated).
