I am licensed in New Jersey with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping adolescents and adults motivate themselves into a journey of personal growth and acceptance. In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, some things that you have tried in the past that worked well and things that didn't go so well, along with a short questionnaire for me to gather some insight into your background and to help to get to know you more.
