I’m so glad you’re here- life is hard. A million and one things can contribute to feeling stuck in our day to day, distant from the things and people that spark joy, or always on edge waiting for the other shoe to drop. I have over 7 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of challenges from all walks of life, but we will particularly work well if you are curious not just about HOW you feel, but WHY you feel that way. I am here to, at your pace, help you unload all the tough things like trauma, difficult relationships, or life events and alleviate the sadness, stuckness, or anxiety that lingers as a result.
Instead of acronyms, let's keep my approach simple: I ask questions to connect the dots of your experiences and use evidence-based techniques to find strategies to move you forward that feel authentic to you instead of a cookie cutter approach. I like to ask questions, share insights, and foster deeper thinking instead of sitting back and saying "mmhmm."
If you are a motivated individual looking to better understand what makes you YOU and enact change (and enjoy some humor along the way!), I think we'll make a great team!
