At Think Happy Live Healthy, I provide individual psychotherapy to children (ages 7 and over), adolescents, and young adults who may struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, and life transitions. I also specialize in administering psychological evaluations and leading psychoeducational groups. I utilize a strength-based and holistic approach when working with my clients. I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing into sessions.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients live a happier and healthier lifestyle by increasing emotional awareness, improve thought processes, and reduce overall symptoms.
