I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities based on the needs of the individual. Beginning therapy can be stressful, I will provide a safe and nurturing environment while challenging you to grow.
In my post graduate studies I have become certified in the clinical treatment of children and adolescents through Smith College with training in play therapy, art therapy, and sand tray therapy. I have also completed trainings in DBT and mindfulness and have incorporated these into my practice.
