Being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) means that I work with the whole person the biological, psychological, and social aspects that makes us unique individuals. My training helps me to understand you as a person and the things that make you, you. I meet people where they are in their process. I am passionate about helping people heal and thrive. I will take a tailored approach to you and what you need from the therapy space.
I use a strengths based and solution focused approach to therapy. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Traumatic Art Narrative Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Laughter Yoga. Using motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques. I want you to feel heard and that your experience matters!
I have worked with are anxiety, ADHD, stress, trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, depression, and behavior concerns. Over 15 years working with children, teens, individuals, and families. It is my goal to help support you in processing what is going on around you, so you can thrive. We will take things at a pace that works for you, one step at a time!
