I specialize in treating individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues and life transitions. In my therapeutic work, I draw on evidence-based theories such as ACT, DBT & CBT. These modes of therapy provide practical skills for regulating emotions and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
Therapy is a collaborative process that provides an opportunity to gain insight into the role of past experiences on your current ways of thinking, behaving and relating.
