As a therapist, I believe we all long for connection. It is primal and in our DNA. However, in order to feel a connection, we need to feel a sense of safety first. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are experiencing a lack of connection, attachment wounds, or grief/loss and are seeking help with hopes of increasing the effectiveness of their communication, boundaries, and connection whether that means with themselves or with others.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where each individual can feel seen and heard. Sometimes we can feel stuck or in a rut. Life is hard and unfortunately, we do not get a manual to help us navigate those difficult times. My clients will learn how to navigate daily stressors and develop a care plan that will encourage self-care and wellness.
