As a person-centered/solution-focused counselor, I believe that empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard are key components to building the therapeutic relationship. My previous experience is with the child and adolescent populations as well as adults with diverse backgrounds and experiences, specializing in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life changes, substance abuse, ADHD, gender identity and grief/trauma.
