I work as a therapist, mentor and life coach for young adults. This transformational phase of life can have it's challenges, but it is also bursting with opportunity to create the life you've always dreamed of. Clients and I work together to understand how their past can contribute to current challenges, but also how they can move forward and use their experiences to find purpose. Clients will gain insight and new skills such as re-framing, letting go, and getting out of mind loops so they can live a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

I bring a positive energy and a contagious love of life to sessions with my clients. I am very relationship focused and grow a genuine connection with my clients to help support them on their wellness journey. I live my life in a way that prioritizes physical and mental health, modeling the lifestyle I wish to see in my clients own lives.
