In my practice, I view the client-therapist relationship as one that is collaborative and I utilize a strength-based and solution-focused approach. You will be provided a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings free of judgment while we work together to achieve your goals. I strive for my clients to feel respected, heard, and validated during sessions.
I provide counseling to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I have experience treating depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiance Disorder. I assist with managing life transitions, anger, stress, relational conflicts, parenting issues, & child behavioral issues.
Feeling comfortable is very important in the therapeutic relationship. Whether you are new to therapy or returning, I am happy to answer any questions/concerns regarding therapy you may have. I am only providing tele-health sessions. I can offer a 15 minute consultation via a HIPPA compliant platform to help you decide if video sessions will suit your needs.
