I've counseled 100's of adults experiencing a range of problems from relationships, life mentoring, boundary & assertive setting, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, loss & grief, depression, trauma, alcohol/substance use and abuse. My approach is very interactive. I collaborate with clients to create a new road map that will get you where you want to go.
