I also often work with your family as well to help you to resolve any long-standing issues. I am skilled at helping clients with issues such as: trauma, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, self-injury, aggression, and more. I have had experience with individual, family, and group sessions.
We learn to confront the shame, guilt and helplessness behind our suffering, and we understand and mourn the losses and disappointments that we have long dealt with alone. We can then liberate ourselves from these cycles and create a more meaningful life.
