Therapy It's Personal, is private pay. I accept insurance through Great Lakes Psycology group. I specialize in working with people who are overwhelmed by an obstacle preventing them from becoming their best self. This may be personal anxiety, identity, or depression. This may also be relationships, communication, or everyday stress. It is my belief that we are all on a unique journey, and each person needs individualized therapy that is tailored to help them. I do this by providing a safe space to share your personal story, while also providing acceptance, and understanding. I believe in providing a welcoming environment for all.
My experience comes not only from my education and experience in counseling, but also from my life experiences. It is from my own life experiences, that allow me to relate and really empathize with my clients. My clients tell me that they enjoy the fact that I am down to earth, and easy to talk with.
