I offer empathic presence and a wholistic approach to mental health and wellness. I have worked extensively in the field of wilderness therapy, community and clinical mental health settings. I specialize in work with depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I support and empower clients using experiential and somatic approaches alongside traditional talk therapy. I think it’s relevant to discuss the past as it shows up in the present. I draw from a relational and attachment based perspective that integrates brain science, mindfulness and parts work to help unlock sometimes unconscious patterns.
I will work with you in ways most fitting to your personal style, beliefs, and needs. I believe that even the most distressing experiences have the potential for growth and resolution. It’s often when we make contact with these hidden parts of ourselves that we begin to discover what we truly need and to nurture that.
I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate deep transformational work with teens, adults, and families as well as issues that face men in particular. I offer group workshops and weekend intensives both residential and nature based. I'm trained in Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness Self-Compassion and Non-Violent Communication (NVC)
