Whether it be preparing for the journey ahead, taking stock of what happened in the past, or figuring out what is happening in the now, a place to check-in and be heard should be available to everyone. Being able to talk openly about yourself and all that entails, whether it be your identity, what's troubling you, and how you want to move forward, is something I wish to harbor in therapy.
Being someone who is both neurodivergent and part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I offer a safe space. I wish to inform those of their neurodivergency and how they can both understand it better and how to live in conjunction with it. I also offer mindfulness; a way for those to connect to the present moment and take in one's surroundings.
