Therapy is a big step and can sometimes feel scary, and I want you to know that you are not alone. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and coming alongside you in your own unique journey. I believe that finding a therapist that is right for you is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. In my work, I provide a safe and empathetic place that fosters insight, understanding, and self-compassion. I recognize that each client has their own individual needs and I come from a place of warmth and acceptance.
My approach towards treatment is fostering insight that allows for growth by looking at how past experiences can affect the present. I provide education about how trauma affects our minds, bodies, and the ways in which we view the world. I am trained in EMDR and strongly believe in its ability to help you find freedom from your past experiences.
I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults and women, among others. I feel extremely passionate about working with people who are going through life transitions, have experienced trauma, deal with anxiety, or have experiences with infertility.
