I work with individuals, couples, and families who have concerns that include marital issues, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety, and attachment issues. My philosophy stresses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
I use a collaborative problem solving approach that involves listening, expressing concerns openly, listening to others perspectives, and building empathy. I utilize a systemic, humanistic, emotionally focused perspective with individuals, couples, and families working through conflict, life transitions, blended families, marital conflict, and stress.
