This group is designed to create a supportive, empowering, and inclusive space for women of color in their 20s & 30s to have a space for creating lives of greater meaning and connection. With a focus on self-compassion, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, interpersonal skills building, and self-advocacy, members will share their life journeys, process struggles, and heal within a safe, therapeutic community. This group is virtual. When: Wednesdays 6pm-7:15pm Starting March 20th until May 8th 2024 (8 weeks).
