Have you been considering a change in your life, but don't know where to start? Do you feel like there are some unresolved issues that are holding you back from having the life you truly want to live? I approach the therapeutic process through a compassionate and collaborative framework, allowing for my clients to hold onto and further develop their innate dignity, self-worth while simultaneously walking with them through their internal process of change. I have extensive experience in inpatient substance use environments as well as outpatient therapy.
My specialty is working with anxiety/worry as well as addictions. I also help people who are looking to heal from depression, manage relationship issues, or navigate life transitions. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and is always collaborative and person-centered.
I really strive to create an environment where clients can express all of their thoughts, feelings, and desires in a non-judgemental space, as well as highlight the qualities that make them truly unique. Treatment interventions are tailored to fit your needs and are always person-centered. Let's talk.
