While working together, we can explore creative approaches such as Walk & Talk Therapy and Outdoor Play Therapy in a scenic Honolulu park. Being in nature and exercising are both proven to lower stress levels and improve overall wellbeing. We also have an office space available in town, if you prefer a more private setting.
