I am a therapist intern with over a decade of experience utilizing outdoor environments to help individuals connect with themselves and their communities. I lean on this experience to allow people to see that they are capable of more than they know. My job as your therapist is to allow to see your potential for growth. Working together, we will help you find motivation, joy, and courage in your day to day life.
I offer in person and telehealth therapy in Salt Lake City. Using a strengths–based approach, I believe that we are the authors of our own stories holding many of the answers to our questions, but due to structural and systemic reasons outside of our control, we may not realize these answers. Recognizing these barriers liberates us from feeling "stuck".
There is never a bad time to reach out and start your mental health journey. We can work together to create goals that will help you be the best version of yourself. I view the therapeutic relationship as an important collaboration that challenges you to grow.
