I’d be honored to help you regain the hope you’ve lost, and to feel healthier than ever before. I have extensive work with couples, parents, individuals and teens. One of the most frequent goals for individuals involves working through anxiety. My goal is to work with you, the client, to determine goals and length of treatment. Your voice matters!
I specialize in work with couples, parents, teens, and individual adults. As someone who has dealt with anxiety throughout my life, that has become an area of importance for me, and I desire to help others through it as well. Do you ever wonder how to best help your teen?
