I am an IFS, KAP, and harm reduction therapist seeing clients presenting with a range of mental health concerns including CPTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use, and grief. In addition to Internal Family Systems, I am certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KTC), Psychedelic Therapy and Integration (Fluence), MDMA-Assisted Therapy (MAPS/Lykos), and Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, and over the past eight years have been involved with the Zendo Project, helping people transform from challenging psychedelic experiences.
