I know how tough it can be to be vulnerable. As a male therapist, I work to create a space for individuals to talk with ease, leaving you feeling heard and validated. My goal is to instill hope in your journey towards making changes in your life. I utilize EMDR as one method to healing trauma and gaining a footing through anxiety and mood problems. I utilize MTBI and Enneagram in my work to support you in understanding and accepting who you are. I specialize in working with adults and teens (16+) who live with trauma, anxiety, and depression and want to heal. I also enjoy working with men who identify as LGBTQIA+ and am an ally.

I'm part of the team at Sage Leaf Wellness, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Plus, Cigna, Hennepin Health, PreferredOne, Health Partners Pmap, Medical Assistance, Ucare, and Ucare PMAP.
