I personally know what it is like to struggle with mental health, substance use and life problems, and how hard it can be to reach out for help. I believe that while we can be strong and do it on our own, we can find ourselves merely enduring our circumstances. At times, the strategies we create to manage anxiety, depression and trauma can be helpful and other times they can make things worse. By recognizing this and working together, I hope to help assist my clients get farther than they have been before.
