My approach provides individuals with healing through memories and experiences at their own pace. I also facilitate young and adolescent support groups.
I specialize in working with adolescents, and women, who have experienced childhood trauma and challenges with co-occuring mental health and substance use disorders. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, strengths-based approach, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I provide treatment that encourages individuals to embrace growth, self worth and healing. I believe working on your mental health is a gift to yourself. I look forward to working with you. Thank you. The journey is yours!

Seacoast Girls Support Group
A strengths-based model promotes a deep exploration of assertiveness, emotional boundaries, confidence, healthy relationships, identifying toxic relationships, managing mental health, and warning signs of trauma. Members build confidence, self-worth, self-care ideas, mental clarity, and comfort knowing they are not alone. Group members are girls between the ages of 13 to 19 years old.
