Life is amazing, and sometime amazingly hard. There are so many issues going on right now with so many people. From helping adolescents/teens maneuver; young adults believing in themselves and starting their lives; and adults learning to heal and be a better version of themselves, I am here to help with it all. Depression, Anxiety, trauma, and intrusive thoughts can pop up at anytime. Let's get some tools and coping skills to manage them. Take care of you and you will be able to help take care of others. I am also the owner of Sunrise Mental Health Services and we have incredible therapists, there will be someone that is available.
Helping others has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, so having the opportunity to work as a therapist is a dream come true for me! I work with adolescents, teen, and adults. I am certified in EMDR/ART trauma therapy. I work with many different populations and backgrounds. Communicating with others is also so important to learn.
My belief is that you can’t help anyone else unless you help yourself first. Unfortunately, it seems we often leave ourselves for last. I have loved seeing so many people learn and grow through therapy. I’m a firm believer that when the skills learned in the office are put into practice amazing changes can happen.
