I help people who have survived painful life experiences to finally break free from the toxic residues of their pasts. My clients come to me locked within cycles of flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, addiction, regret, anger, and/or shame and also deal with chronic self-esteem problems. In some cases, they may even feel their identity has been shattered or they have a fragmented sense of who they now are. Clients leave treatment with me feeling empowered, resilient, healthy and whole. They have a new lease on life because what they have been through is reprocessed and becomes strengths and proof of how amazing they really are.
I am a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist (CTTP) and I specialize in treating Complex and Simple PTSD, Dissociative Disorders (including DID), and the aftereffects of surviving relational trauma. I work with people who have a history surviving narcissistic abuse, physical/emotional/spiritual/and sexual abuse, Betrayal Trauma and other attachment wounds.
I am a down-to-earth person who really cares about my clients and I feel utterly privileged to be the one who walks beside them in their healing journey. I work best with clients who are motivated to get to the bottom of their issues, and who also want to laugh a bit during the process. I am known to swear if the occasion calls for it :)
