I have years of experience working with a widespread of mental health diagnosis where I am seeing people on their worst day. The pain from the past and present is surfacing in the moment I am meeting with them.
I am certified in trauma therapy. I use a lot of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to include mindfulness techniques.
