My holistic and humanistic approach focuses on the whole person: mind, body & soul. I also approach therapy from a systems perspective, meaning that individuals and situations are interconnected rather than isolated. Through the integration of psychotherapy & yoga/mindfulness, together we will set goals that empower you on your journey of transformation.
