Managing the effects of trauma can feel daunting and lonely, but healing need not be done alone.
I specialize in anxiety & trauma using trauma-informed & attachment-based approaches to help regulate the nervous system stuck in chronic false alarm mode. I've earned both Doctoral & Master’s degrees in psychology, am a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress & Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional with 25 yrs of diverse clinical experience.
I’m passionate about helping others feel empowered, confident & free from fears that limit them. A collaborative therapeutic relationship based on safety & trust is vital for success.
