I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, mood, and behavioral disorders in children, adolescents, and young-adults. I have extensive experience helping individuals, families, and parents manage symptoms of social anxiety, panic, phobia, generalized anxiety, BFRBs, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I earned my MA and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Suffolk University and completed my post-doctoral fellowship at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
In addition to treating anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders, I have expertise in working with individuals struggling with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, school refusal, functional disorders, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and disrupted sleep. I am also an experienced parent behavioral coach.
I primarily utilize cognitive and behavioral methods of intervention such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (E/RP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
