For many clients this includes working together to reduce unwanted memories of the trauma, improve sleep, reduce nightmares, and lower depression & anxiety symptoms. Trauma can impact your relationships, ability to work and cause intense suffering.
I approach each client individually and I will work with you to determine the right approach to meet your needs and goals. I firmly believe that healing from trauma is possible and I am deeply committed to helping survivors.
