I believe that therapy is a journey of personal healing. I offer an authentic, non-judgmental, and honest relationship with my clients, and utilize narrative-focused interventions to assist others in healing past and current traumas. I view mental health treatment as enabling the empowerment, self-discovery, and love for oneself and others. Our sessions will have a balance of good humor and dedicated focus to achieve your goals.
This is my assistant, Chewy! He is a loving golden-doodle that is trained (he attended school & everything!) to provide support services to clients.
I am a therapist that provides services for trauma (early childhood and adult trauma), mood disorders, personality disorders, grief, and LGBT+ wellness/issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Existential/Humanistic approaches to assist you achieve your goals.
