My goal is to help you better understand yourself, the systems that you are/were in that impact your mental health, and empower you to create changes that last. I use a warm, direct and interactive approach to explore what is bringing you in, and the other issues that come up along the way. I have specialized in helping those with trauma/PTSD, and have significant experience helping those with ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, phase of life concerns and relationship distress.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron, and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation. I have been trained in Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR, and have significant experience helping clients through CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and more over the past six years.
I aim to bring everything that I can to help empower you to create healthy changes and am honored to be a part of your journey.
