I like to provide a safe & nurturing space for you to explore your past and help develop your future. I use a strength's based and developmental approach to understand your needs and skills. I hope to be a space in your week for you to recharge, analyze yourself, and continue positive coping skills. I have over a decade's worth experience working with adolescents, students, and adults.
My hope is to provide you with a confidential and objective space to explore your emotions and history in a sensitive and caring manner. I believe this allows you to live a braver and brighter future. I help clients define their goals and live truthfully who they are. I believe we are social beings and need relationships to heal.
