I enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds, who are seeking lasting change through expanding self-awareness and connecting with what is most meaningful to them. I have experience treating many different conditions, but my primary areas of specialty are: disordered eating, anxiety conditions, mood disorders and addiction issues. As an agent of change my hope is to make sure you begin to build a bridge between where you currently find yourself and your hope towards change. Making this tangible, concrete, and possible is what I do.
I excel at examining belief structures and thought patterns while connecting both present and past experiences. Uncovering solutions can be quite challenging because the barriers to change seem impossible. Through this process, I know how to find different ways to connection that was once not there.
