I specialize in working with teenagers and adults to understand and navigate OCD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I integrate mindfulness-based behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and interpersonal therapy to promote the use of healthy coping skills and improve your relationships.
