It’s hard to imagine all that our youth are exposed to these days! My passion is helping young people deal with life. As an educator and Certified School Counselor, I’ve witnessed the struggles that our youth face on a daily basis.
My focus is working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, and more. My goal is to build a positive relationship and provide a safe space for clients to process thoughts and emotions openly. For children, I integrate art and play in my sessions to promote self-expression.
My theoretical approach stems from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
