I see adult and adolescent clients experiencing difficulties with substances, addictions, trauma, mental health and sexually related concerns and dysfunction. I see clients for individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy. I am also an experienced evaluator, I provide mental health and substance abuse evaluations for the individual and the courts. I have been in the field of mental health, substance abuse/addiction therapy and treatment for 24 years, and I have worked with more than 2500 clients and families.
I utilize a holistic approach, where I observe the entire person from their diet/nutrition, exercise, allergies, overall health, social structure, family life, relationships, brain chemistry and spiritual life. I work with individuals, couples and families to tailor therapy to their needs, to provide the best possible results.
I see clients in my office and in the community, in their homes. I want clients to feel comfortable, relaxed and open to discuss anything. Engagement is the most important aspect of therapy!
