My ideal clients are facing a variety of issues. They are between the ages of 15-64 years old. They desire to feel better, to feel understood, and to have a better understanding of what they are dealing with. They are at a place where they have tried on their own to navigate their issue, but they know they need support. They need to someone to listen, encourage, validate, and provide them with tools to navigate life's difficulties that will facilitate growth and change.
I use many approaches to assist clients in reaching their goals. I use the approach that fits my client's situation and what they need and. I encourage the client to take an active role in their treatment. I help my clients facilitate growth by using psychoeducation so you'll understand the problems you are facing and the ways to navigate them.
