As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I utilize a systems perspective to empower individuals to understand how change in one part of the system can affect the entire system (whole person). I create a common goal with individuals to heal the whole person rather than one specific aspect. I am passionate about assisting individuals with healing their mind, body, and soul. I am committed to helping individuals establish and center personalized goals so every client can feel confident towards taking the steps for healing.
I have five-plus years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds with various complexities such as depression, anxiety, life transition, PTSD, relationship, and career development. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings such as psychiatric hospitals, IOP/PHP, community clinics, and residential treatment programs and etc.
I am a graduate from the esteemed Nicholls State University with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science and a minor in Addictive Behaviors. Following my matriculation from Nicholls, I attended Southern University at New Orleans where I received a Master in Social Work. I am currently Licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
