Hey, My name is Nia . I'm a born and raised San Diego native and after living in Missouri for the past 11 years I recently relocated to Durham, NC. My goal as a therapist is to empower my clients with the ability to self advocate, develop coping skills, and interpersonal growth that instills confidence.

I pull from a variety of evidence based & trauma informed practices that based on my clinical judgment fit the clients goals best. During my academic and professional career, I have acquired over 3+ years of experience. As we work together, I hope we can create a space for your most authentic self to shine.
